This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy (the “Policy”) is incorporated by reference into the KAT BOND® Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Any terms used, but not defined, in this Policy will have the meanings set forth in the Terms. To the extent there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the terms of this Policy will govern with respect to the KAT BOND® products (the “Product” or “Products”), consisting of KAT BOND®’s apparel and/or accessories available for purchase through the online and mobile websites at www.katbond.co

I. Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KAT BOND®.

You may return your order within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase for a refund that is equal to the amount of the purchase price and tax, minus the cost of return shipping, provided that the returned Product meets all terms and conditions for a refund or exchange (see below).

We are working on a seamless exchange experience, but for now if you want to exchange your dress for a different size, please send an email to support@katbond.co.

To initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase, please submit a request to support@katbond.co with:1. your name; 2. the email address used at check out; 3. your order number; and 4. your reason for return or the new size for the exchanged product. To make it easy, we suggest that you simply forward the email sent to you that confirmed your KAT BOND® order.

II. Process For A Return/Exchange: Please allow our team up to 3 business days to answer your email return or exchange request. Once processed, a KAT BOND® return shipping label will be sent directly to your email that you can print out.

Kindly note: Returns and exchanges can only be made using a KAT BOND® return shipping label. Our return shipping label includes specific information about your order that allows us to process your return or exchange quickly, and ensures you receive any refunds due.

KAT BOND® is not responsible for return or exchange Products that are lost or damaged by a carrier while in transit. We highly recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage and paying for insurance up to the purchase price to cover you for any loss.

III. Conditions For Product Refunds or Exchanges: Upon receipt of the merchandise, KAT BOND® reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned Product does not meet KAT BOND®'s return-exchange requirements and conditions, all of which must be met:

  • Returned or exchanged Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically torn or damaged).
  • Returned or exchanged packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of purchases.
  • Worn, altered or washed merchandise is not acceptable for a return or exchange.
  • All items being returned must be in the original condition, packaging (polybag), and all labels or tags must be attached.
  • You may return the item in its original shipping package or other packaging that provides an equal degree of protection.
  • If the Product is no longer in stock, a request for  an exchange will be refunded in accordance with the policy above.

IV. Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for and must pay all return or exchange shipping charges. For your convenience, if the product is shipped within the United States, KAT BOND® deducts the cost of return or exchange shipping from the purchase amount that will be refunded to you.

V. Exchange Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred with sending you the exchanged product which will be collected via email notification prior to the date the new product is shipped out to you.

VI. Paypal Returns, No Exchanges: When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order in accord with our return policy except that Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Products purchased via PayPal and returned to KAT BOND® will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account in the amount equal to the purchase price and tax, minus the return shipping fee.

VII. Refund Processing Period: Returns are processed on Tuesdays and Thursday. Once we have marked your order as received, please allow up to 10 business days, plus the nearest Tuesday or Thursday, for the refund to process. We’ll refund you the amount equal to the purchase price and tax, minus the shipping cost. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

VIII. KAT BOND® Guarantee: We stand behind every dress we sell. If the product you ordered arrives damaged or is the incorrect size, please report it to us at support@katbond.co within 30 days of receipt and we will replace or refund it for free. Please include or attach pictures of the damaged product or incorrect size, if possible.
