I. Shipping: We ship from the East Coast within the United States using UPS or USPS.

II. Processing Times: Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  


III. Estimated Delivery Times: A shipment’s estimated delivery is between 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. We use standard shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping currently.


While we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please note that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, due to external circumstances unrelated to KAT BOND, shipments can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.


During Covid-19, shipping times via UPS (and all shipping methods) may be running a little longer. Typically, you should receive your purchase within 7 business days from the date of purchase.


IV. Shipping Fees: Within the Continental United States, we offer free shipping for delivery of purchase. For shipping outside of the Continental United States, you will be charged for shipping at the point of purchase and are also responsible for all taxes and any other fees associated with the purchase.


V. Shipping to PO Box Locations: If you provide a PO Box as a shipping location, and we unable to deliver to it, we will contact you for an alternate address.  If you cannot provide one, we will cancel the order.


VI. Shipment Tracking: When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.  You can track your package and delivery time.


VII. Changing A Shipment: Due to carrier rules, shipments cannot be revised or cancelled once submitted.


VIII. Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping currently. We hope to do so soon!
